Refund and Return Policy

1. Refund Policy
- All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this Refund and Return Policy.
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided for lost or stolen tickets or for a failure on your part to show up at the event. See our Terms of Service for details.
- Payments made for products or services are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
- Store credit can only be issued by Mocktails by Anike Management. Store credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@mocktailsbyanike.com within 72 hours of receiving the product or service.
- If a cancellation is made 72 hours in advance of the event, store credit may be issued at the discretion of Mocktails by Anike. Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for store credit.
2. Return Policy
- Mocktails by Anike does not accept returns for products or services once they have been delivered or provided, unless otherwise stated in this Refund and Return Policy.
- In the event of dissatisfaction with the product or service provided by Mocktails by Anike, the customer must submit a written complaint via email within 7 days of the date of service.
- Mocktails by Anike will review the complaint and may, at its discretion, offer compensation in the form of store credit if the product or service does not meet the standards outlined in the Terms of Service.
3. Exceptions
- In cases where Mocktails by Anike fails to deliver the agreed-upon products or services as outlined in the Terms of Service, refunds or store credit may be issued at the discretion of Mocktails by Anike Management.
- Refunds or store credit will not be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the event, unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Service.
4. Process for Refunds and Returns
- All requests for refunds or returns must be submitted in writing via email to info@mocktailsbyanike.com.
- Mocktails by Anike has 14 days to review refund or return requests and provide an outcome via the email address of the requester.
